Urban Seed

According to multiple studies in the near future we will have to choose between space for living or space for growing food? Why don't we do both?

I deeply believe in the importance of food, and the way we distribute it and grow it. Over the last decade humanity has developed and growth so fast that the classic way of producing food is simple not longer sustainable.

Semilla Urbana (Urban Seed) propose a system of local centers for growing food, using organic methods and technology such as hydroponic and automatic control systems. Creating this kind of space not just provides enough food for the community but also brings many educational benefits that can help people to connect with each other’s and understand the important of our planet and its cycles. We can reconnect with our roots and create better sustainable cities and systems for growing food.
